Acceptable Use Policy

• Do not send messages to anyone who has not given valid prior consent. You must hold TCPA compliant consent for every lead before any SMS, email, or call.
• Always honor opt outs. Do not attempt to bypass STOP, unsubscribe, or quiet hours controls, and do not re add a contact who has opted out.
• Do not send to numbers on a do not call list without a valid exemption, and do not buy, scrape, or rent lead lists for outreach.

• No deception, impersonation, or misleading claims. Automated messages must clearly identify the sending business.
• No unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or threatening content.
• No regulated categories that carriers prohibit or restrict without authorization, such as high risk financial offers, controlled substances, gambling, or adult content.
• No malware, phishing, or links intended to defraud or compromise recipients.

• Do not process HIPAA regulated protected health information unless you have a signed Business Associate Agreement with IGVentures and all required subprocessors.
• Do not collect more sensitive personal information than you need, and do not use the Service to make decisions prohibited by law.
• Recording of calls is your responsibility. In two party consent states you must disclose recording to all parties before recording.

• No reverse engineering, scraping, automated bulk access outside our documented interfaces, or attempts to bypass rate limits, security, or tenant isolation.
• No reselling or sublicensing the Service without our written permission.
• No activity that degrades, overloads, or interferes with the Service or other customers.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or report unlawful activity to authorities. To report abuse, email legal@impactingglobalventures.com. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
